The Problem

Anna came to us with a weak social presence and around 50% attendance to her classes. She needed to find a way to use social media to get more awareness and ultimately more sign-ups to her classes.

She had been working alone for a long time and lacked the confidence on camera and the strategic direction needed to truly connect with her ideal audience online.

The Solution

We revamped her socials, focused on a premium rebrand, and provided coaching and guidance on how to better structure her videos and record them, making her much more confident on camera.

We created content around her ICP and the pain they face (aging, getting older, wanting independence, etc). Instead of speaking to everyone, we spoke to a specific type of person. That shift alone made a huge difference in engagement and reach.

The Results

We have grown her account by around 80% in the last 6 months, and her in-person classes are now consistently fully booked. The content strategy is being executed so well that Anna has opened up a new online offer, "Train With Anna", where she is using her reach to teach people outside her local town the methods she teaches in person.
