Elite Socials will use reasonable skill and care in delivering all services. However, we do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to follower growth, lead volumes, sales revenue, or engagement rates. Social media performance is influenced by factors outside our control including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and the nature of the client's business and offer.
Any results referenced on this website or in our marketing materials represent outcomes achieved for specific clients in specific circumstances and should not be taken as a guarantee of similar results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Socials shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to any client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of an engagement. Elite Socials will not disclose client business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Elite Socials uses third-party platforms and tools including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Google, and GoHighLevel to deliver services. We are not responsible for changes to the terms, functionality, or availability of these platforms. Any additional costs arising from third-party platform fees, ad spend, or tool subscriptions are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in the agreed service scope.
